Their logo isn't this, this is their self-entitled EP, but they have their logo on it (the words Arcade Fire).
For who doesn't know them (yet), this will be to most of you "disknowers" a great & brilliant surprise. It's one of the best indie bands around, they started in 2003 and their first album came out in 2005 (it's called "Funeral"). The media and their fans loved this great release. The music industry started to shake their heads and take a look on this hot new sound that was coming from Canada, specifically Montréal, Québec.
--> "Funeral": the 1st Arcade Fire album.
Some years later, came recently this giant production entitled "Neon Bible".
--> Their second album, "Neon Bible" was highly aclaimed by many fans, media and other artists, such as David Bowie.
The whole band I think, posing.
It is said that they're the new promise, that they're going to "renew" the new rock scene, like Nirvana did in the 90s with the grunge and Sex Pistols with the 70s punk scene.
The well-known artist Owen Pallett has even played with them on a tour as the violinist!...
The band in 2005 with their post-punk style, I may say.
In this vid, you can see Win Butler (vocalist) smashing up the guitar:
