How can I use the over hand animation

How can I get the spartans to raise the spear above their heads. Just something simple like what i need to add in what file e.t.c and if neccersary what files to download.

fs_slow_spearman, fs_slow_swordsman

to:

fs_javelinman, fs_slow_swordsman
