    Default Early and late generals

    I have been searching and searching and this is really driving me nuts. How do you make a faction have an early general's bodyguard AND a late general's bodyguard? What do I have to edit in order to make the bodyguard unit for a faction change at a given point during the campaign?

    Also, is it possible to have the model for the actual general to change too?

    I have not tried it myself, but looking in some mods`s files I think that you need to add general_unit_upgrade in EDU(export_descr_units) in the attributes line of one of the 2 bodyguard units. Example:
    Code:
    attributes       sea_faring,hide_forest,general_unit,hardy,general_unit_upgrade
    The actual general can`t be upgraded though.
