    Default AI stuck on the walls driving me crazy

    I gather this is a vanilla bug, though in vanilla the AI would rarely get to attack me after a siege.

    Every time an AI army attacks whilst besieging me in a fortress its army gets stuck on the outer wall so I always have to lose that city when I'm forced to press Exit Battle.

    Has anyone got any tricks, tips or tweaks to get the AI moving.

    It does occasionally send one or two units to the centre walls, which I can defeat. I can encourage some more off the wall by running up to it and away again.

    I'm wasting hours of gaming time and it's ruining the campaign. I could just fill the place full of archers and always kill all the attackers while they are stationary, but that would make the campaign unlosable.

    Even if your tip lets the ai all get past the first wall I'd like to hear it.

    Never let them to attack first. After they siege your castle/town try to break it. I usualy have 2-3 archer units in every castle/town and few mounted units. First I torture enemy with archers and then I attack them with cavalry. Good cavalry charge and voila .

    I can't break the siege, I'm 60,000 in debt and rising each time they siege me.

    Hi everybody. About AI siege bug: its happened always, which mod use Darth modification...( sorry Darth)
    So i try again use original 1.1 files( config_ai_battle, battle_config,descr_formation...etc)A bit modified( added som minor think from RTW) ..and voila! The Ai attack good enough, not waiting on walls, not use one ladder 4 unit in same times. AND ALL ENEMY UNITS ATTACKED THE MARKET TOGETHER !!Here is my pack

    Sorry guys, nothing interest??( the pack is saved game frendly, dont need new campaign starting)

    Is that a city you are showing? How is it with a fortress?
