Has anyone else ever felt somewhat bothered that in vanilla RTW or for that matter any TW game units are made up of the same skin only multiplied.

As far as RTW goes I'm talking about things like Gaul warbands with 200 units all with braided red hair and beards...or British slingers all wearing blue pants and having blonde hair...

If there were any change ever done to RTW and TW games one of the things I would love to see the most would be different skins for each unit of a total band...this mostly applies to non heavy armored units like barbarians.

Would that not make the expierence more fun? or at least catch the eye and make you appreciate it? Having Gallic warband units all look the same and have the same clothes, armor, and weapons doesnt feel right to me - they werent professional armies.

Well untill a Rome mod comes out for Med2 I don't think that is possible in the Rome game.

I'm not saying it should be something undertaken for RTW I was just stating in general - using examples from RTW
