Knights banner is transferable?

Hey,
Noticed I can easily transfer the knights banner from my aging generals to the new blood, giving them instant command bonuses.

Should this be possible, is it a bug? I mean, I try to roleplay as much as possible, but its really hard to stay away from the temptation of doing this.

I doubt a grizzled veteran would easily part with somthing he has fought hard for to the 16-year old kings nephew

Hmmm, maybe the banners should be untransferrable and be with a dead general when he's buried. Let the young prince earn his own spurs!
