    Default Harddrive

    Let say if iav got a New pc and i wanted to move my old harddrive (slave drive) and put it into the the new pc( back up harddrive) will it work without any data loss?

    I think it would work, but I'm not an expert, lol. Unfortunately, I'm not a pro.

    Yes.

    Just make sure you connect it at the correct position on the IDE cable.
    In it's current configuration (slave) it must go at the end of a IDE cable (the middle connector is for the "master" drive).
