Era system
Lusted, are you planning to add some sort of era system for units & buildings? Or at least incorporate the idea in DLV, where only 1 city and 1 castle for each faction can reach highest size?
Also, I love their idea where heavy armourer and highest level of blacksmith buildings can be constructed only in provinces with iron resource.
Era system (of your own, balanced design, not the vanilla early/high/late) can be incorporated similar to the Long Road mod, where units are divided by armour type, and each armour can't be produced until a certain in-game event, tied to real, historic timeframe, where this specific armour started to see widespread usage (eg. partial plate in early 13th c., full plate early 14th and so on).
...or smth like that.

I think Lusted will answer with a "no" as similar things have been asked.
And personally I agree with "no"

Re: Era system
Yup, garnier is right. It's a no to an era system. People will get the units whenever they have the necessary buildings.

Re: Era system
Well then I hope pop growth will not allow settlements to grow too fast, and enable building of plate mailed units too early. When everyone & their dog fields top units, gameplay tends to suffer a bit.
I love playing ur mod Lusted, but I didn't play it long enough to see how fast tech tree is progressing.
