I'm concerned about the number of applications for the tribunal. Justinian, hard working though he is, can't really do this alone, nor does a single judge imply the same level of confidence a tribunal of them would, however good that one judge maybe.
the current requirements for the judges are any Senatorii with no warnings currently serving as a staff officer.
i suggest changing that to staff moderator, so that staff in the content and technical branches can sign up. the limit was there to prevent conflicts of interest... however, while moderating staff can see what the content and technical people get up to, content staff cannot see the moderators den, or have nay ideas of what the mods say to each other there, so i doubt such conflict will in fact occur.
i also suggest changing it so that patricians who have held the rank for at least 3 months can serve, so long as at least 1(2?) of the panel are senatorii.
this is a higher requirement on patricians than any other rank, but given the nature of the work, i think it fair to ensure that only experienced members should be involved.
personally, given the numbers of senatorii here, many of whom are active, and not in staff currently, i'd have thought there would be a few more applicants than this.
