    Default Navies on huge settings

Is anyone else finding it extremly hard to sink ships? In my Greek campaign it's about 220 BC and I have had nearly 500 battles with about 300-400 of them being at sea.

I have the largest fleet in the world, but I am at war with the factions that have strong navies as well(Rome, Egypt, Seleucid). Each fleet I have is up the gold experience with 3-4 boats. I easily crush what ever these guys produce, but it's a hassle going after small boats. On huge the boats with 200, 120, and 60 units will not sink until they have under 20 units left.

Is there anyway to stop this? I am extremly tired of being side tracked by this constant naval warfare.

The naval aspect is totally a RTW thing, and was an issue long before any mods were made. Surrounding the ships you want to sink, preventing them from escaping (also pinning them against a shore line) will work.

    ah ok

I was playing Rome Total Realism before this mod and they changed so many things I didn't know vanilla RTW from modded RTW.

BTW I love this mod and IMO it's better than Rome Total Realism.

chivalry total war scripted it so that every naval battle you had the defeated ship would always sink and not run away... (or at least i think they did since everytime i defeat my enemies with my navy the ships sink)
