So who here is actually a programmer at all?

I don't quite remember what happened. I disappeared from the internet for a while, some personal stuff.
If it counts for anything, I did actually get that thingy finished. Handed it in as a Computer Science project and got 97%.

And on topic, I know HLSL (high level shading language).

I changed my MSN for completely different reasons.
Pretty much nobody on my old list got my new email address.
I handed in the XML dealy.

Can you do the C++ integration for HLSL? I can use it with Irrlicht.

I like to program - bash, python, C, C++, and any other language I feel like experimenting with. Haven't had the time lately but it's fun when you feel like messing around with the computer.

HLSL is a shader language... I don't know how Irrlicht handles shaders, though, but I'm sure it can use shaders and HLSL.

Anyway, can you PM me what you did for the XML "dealy"? If it fits my project I'd like to use it, with permission.

I took software engineering, but the only programming I tend to do regularly anymore is PHP, which is more scripting then programming.

The guys on the Ubuntu forums have a little tradition of posting a "programming challenge" each week where you have to do make a program that meats certain requirements. Maybe we could do something of that nature here if anyone else is up to it?

I am a C++ guy..

,but I only know a bit of it.I know structures,functions,class concept and all preceding that and some knowledge about graphics too.In other words,I am a novice in programming..
