Also is it right to be looking at cartoon women in this way? I say why else would they have been drawn like this (as long as it does not become a fetish though)!!!

I am not answering for Hotspur but I believe that sex sells. Even though they are cartoons they do use sexy ink. Or they used to before the digital age. Or what would be another question is whether they indoctrinate male children to believe in an impossible ideal of women?

I agree with William that sex sells. In the case of KP, it's interesting that the "hottest" girl at her school is also shallow, rude and self-centered. KP is also aimed at a slightly older demographic - it airs at 3:30 pm.
