    My empire will expand to all directions, I will conquer the more beautiful cities of Europe Hahahaha, I will enslave monarch families, I will build the most beautiful palaces, I will impose my authority with no indulgence, the hearts of my future slaves shall shake of fear and panic, no wall will be able to stop my hordes, I will forge an empire with steel and fire, there will be magnificent statues dedicated to me and wall paintings, my presence will be everywhere, the world will discover an empire never seen before, an empire according to me, it will be a world where only the strong survives!!! Hahahahaha...

    I suggest you to conquer cities with good hospitalls and good doctors... if you cant find them then try to conquer Lourds.
