A few new parts
Hi. Being a poor college student, I haven't been able to keep up with computer parts like I used to. But yesterday I convinced myself it's time to lay down a few bucks so I can play things how I want to again. But, there's a few problems. First, I'm still a poor college student... so I need to do this relatively cheaply. Second, it's been a while since I've priced out parts, and I haven't been following the news. So, after some preliminary research, I came up with this plan.
These are my old parts, of which I want to re-use all I can:
Lian-Li Case
OCZ Modstream 450 Watt PSU
P4C800-E Deluxe Mobo
P4 2.4C Chip
1.5 Gigs of OCZ ddr466 (2x256, 2x512) RAM
PNY 6800GT AGP Video card
2 Seagate 80Gig Sata HDDs in Raid 0
Audigy 2 Sound Card
Plextor DVD burner Optical drive
Here's the parts I'm thinking about getting:
Core 2 Duo E6600 Chip
Gigabyte 965P-DS3 Mobo
ASUS Radeon X1950 Pro Video Card
OCZ Platinum XTC REV.2 PC2-6400 RAM
I plan to re-use the case, PSU, HDDs, Sound card, and optical drive. This way, it all weighs in under $1000 Canadian. Will this work, or am I forgetting something. Also, if anyone's feeling kind/bored... is there any compatibility issues (or better part choices) that should be fixed?

Re: A few new parts
shouldn't have any issues as long as the power supply is up to scratch, OCZ ones though are normally good so i don't see any problems.
