    A clarification of responsabilities by respective legal agencies of the Curia....

    Agencies such as the CdC should practice setting out their own procedure and, if it does not infringe the Syntagma be able to vote internally on that procedure (subject to staff veto) and enact it accordingly....

    these bodies, of which we might have more in the future, should be tasked with streamlining themselves....

    I don't think that could have any formal status. For one thing, new members of these institutions would not have to consider themselves bound by the procedures agreed upon by their predecessors.

    We do set our own methodologies in general, OWK, except where they are laid out, and for good reason, in the Constitution.
