need help with skinning?

Hi,
I think your mod is awesome and i would like to help with skinning.
I am by no means a fantatisic skinner, but still would like to help.
Here is what have i been working on, if you interested, i would make these historically accurate

I really like those beards. I'm not the guy to ask, but I'm pretty sure we can use another skinner. Tnick will probably pop in here soon.

i know it wasn't that meaning but: yea i need help with skinning - a step by step list what to do. i have really no experiences with skinning - but some with photoshop AND i'm creative
