    Default Windowed Mode?

I was wondering if it was possible to play this game in a windowed mode. It would be much easier, as I don't see the need (especially on the campaign map) to have the full screen, although for battles it may be better to have the full screen.

    Anyhow, is windowed mode possible?

Now sure when this version was that this worked, but this DOES NOT WORK for me at all. It instead gives me an error message that Medieval II Total War has suffered a fatal error, and the error message window's title is "CA_LIBS"

This was answers over a year ago dude...

You can also open your medieval2.preferences.cfg file with Notepad and add "windowed = 1" under the [video] category.
