Re: Mod Awards
Nice to see quite a few nominations for the mod itself, but a shame there have been no nominations for the members who made it

Re: Mod Awards
Please do not mass spam in order to raise your post count, it's against the rules and you will be suspended.

Re: Mod Awards
Shame you had to suspend him, he has been helping with troy and just wanted the right to vote for it. I didn't realise that he started to mass spam here, but still being suspended seems a bit much.

Re: Mod Awards
Thousands and thousands of downloads over all the different versions and only 9 people voted for us.... 9!
Still almost a quarter of the vote... such a poor turn out lol.

Re: Mod Awards
I would vote for you if I could, but I guess I can't cause I'm a noob, lol. I don't want to spam up the boards so I guess I'll just have to wish you guys good luck and hope I'm eligible next time around.
I like the difficulty of this mod, I started with an Athenian campaign and oh boy right off the bat I'm losing money, I had to trim my starting army/navy just to squeeze out a small profit but at the same time I'm getting attacked from a few fronts. Athens is getting attacked by the Myceneans(sp), Eretria is getting attacked by the Phtians, and Naxos is getting attacked by the Minionians, lol, you gotta love this mod, well done.

Re: Mod Awards
Evil Eye,
Vote anyway: the "50 posts" rule doesn't apply - I voted with far less than that, but just throw a few 'intelligent' posts on a couple of fora anyway to be 'safe'.
Never believe what you are told : always test
IMO some of the categories are pointless, but if you can manage something for your favourite mod ( TTW, perchance ? ) than maybe its worthwhile, and would doubtless give the chaps at TTW a thrill
Possibly surprising, but a number of 'virgin posters', including me, have picked up on TTW. Maybe there should be a new category : number of members who newly posted on a mod board ? And guess what : its measurable ! No qualititive voting required.
You may wish to pick up the extra "fixes" made for TTW on the feedback thread, and if you like difficult mods also try Arthurian Total War ( ATW ) : it is very hard, even as a 'moderately hard faction" ( ie Arthur & his chums )..effective cavalry is nice to have too, though nothing like chariots
but wait until you experience the thousands of Irish troops charging toward your small army....its disconcerting to say the least, but if you win ( and that is an if ! ) your glass of Chimay blauw is very much appreciated afterwards...

"Thousands and thousands of downloads....."
Well, we should all take advice from Sophocles....
"A wise player ought to accept his throws and score them, not bewail his luck. "
TTW is a good mod. Great idea, great graphics...just enjoy

Re: Mod Awards
Nicodemus, you are not allowed to post that much back to back in one topic, it is spam.
