    Default Reintroduction of diverse badges

I move to a return to the colour and pomp of the past by having specific user badges next to names instead of moderator and administrator etc. etc.

What does the assembly think on this?

    Harrumph!

That means yes. Badges for everybody. To each citizen, a badge.

well, the badges will have to change anyway soon, to reflect the new staff titles of Council Officer, Senior Staff Officer and Staff Officer

to be honest, i do now kinda prefer leaving the officer ranks and branches in plain english, for ease of identification. when you have 2 bolded members, with different badges and names in latin, its impossible to immediately distinguish which is the admin and which is the mod. not to mention of course that latin is no longer appropriate.

new bright jazzy badges by all means, that would just be fabulous! but i like plain english titles

My dear tBP we have long haggled over this..... basically I think that easy access is not a necessity and in fact it damages the mysticism and mood of the place...

I think that strange latinized or grecorized names on badges are a part of the TWC fun.....

To be honest I feel that moderators had more impact on would be Ferretsators when they had latin names

E tu Nihil on my bandwagon? I am the last person to have a bandwagon... only sandaled pilgrims marching and flagulating themselves here ... you are welcome to join though

I'd love the latin names back, I want to be a Trib or Q again, not some generic 'Mod'!

Either I wasn't a member when the diverse badges were used or I am going completely brain dead. Could someone please explain to me what this proposal means?

I approve. These generic names bore me. But what language should we use? Medievel English/French/German/Byzantine? Or go back to the Latin names? (I hope not)

It has to be a medieval language, so if latin Church latin...
Furthermore tBP does have a point. We need something which shows who is more senior on instant appearance.
