I need some more info about this

Hello people, as you guys see, I'm new to this forum xD and hmm.. I'm also really new to this so.. I'd like to know if these 'skins' they add new unit or they overwrite the current skin of some unit (i.e. like greek hoplites,etc)

also while surfing over this site www.gamespot.com I found some screenshots that really made me to want to add it but I don't know where I can find them,so also i'm asking if anyone know where I can get these skins aswell :

The Picture above is the Carthage unit but I think it's an different skin (correct me if i'm wrong and please tell me where I can find them)

(This unit I believe it belongs to 'Macedon' and.. yes ! same question sorry but as seeing the 3 pictures, their helm is different,I can't find them)

Ok guys that's it,i'll be really grateful if you guys help me solve out this question xD also.. hmm I don't know if many of you watched this before but the movie's name is called 'Alexander' and in this movie,his army has the Sarissa (the Phalanx with VERY LONG spear) so xD I wanted to know too if there is any way that I can edit the greek's spear a bit longer like this one

You may think the second pic spear isn't that big but when they do the phalanx formation its really big the spear lol. so yea !! guys please help me !
