help with factions for rtw 1.5

I need help. i want to take out the julli and scipii factions in rtw. then i want to make 2 new factions how do i do this can someone either make a tool for this a totorial. thanks if uyou can. then my 2nd question is that someone make a tortorial or tool for making factions in m2tw thanks bye

What do you want to change the factions to? Give an exact statement of what you want to do, and then pepole can give you an exact answer.

i wanna change the factions to like the arabians and the celts. i want to give them each atleast two provinces. I want to also give units from other factions not make new units. is there any more info i can give i cant think of anything else right now thanks

Hrmm... That's quite a big task. I'll help you with what I can, but you need someone more experianced to help you with the more complex aspects.

First, we need to unify rome; there's a mod somewhere in the guild archives that does just that, start by searching, digging it out and installing it. If you need to, make a thread asking for it, someone friendly'll point you in the right direction. Then you can try modifying factions, etc.
