Deus Lo Vult 1.9 bug (crusades)

Hi all, I've noticed that when playing Deus lo Vult 1.9 and previous versions I am no longer able to request crusades against Catholic or Orthodox factions.

For example:

Vanilla Scenario
1. England are excomunicated
2. I want to declare a crusade on London
3. Open request crusade and crusade is launched.
4. London is massaccred

Deus lo Vult Scenario
1. England are excomunicated
2. I want to declare a crusade on London
3. Open request crusade and.... no england towns available to crusade against... :hmmm:
4. Get annoyed and search forums trying to find answer.


This also occurs for other factions e.g HRE and Byzantium

Does anyone know why this has happened and how can I fix it?
