When do the mongols start moving?
I have the following problem. In my campaign game (date: 1275) , the mongols haven`t attacked any faction yet.
This seems a little bit strange to me. Because the event :"Mongols attacking... blah, blah" took already place 50 years ago.

Re: When do the mongols start moving?
Dunno Helghast, my campaign is the Engleeeesh and way to far to the West to have encountered them in my long campaign so far. Maybe others have played further east and can enlighten you on their encounters with the mighty horseborne arrow shooters fae the vast steppe.
Aw best, TOKUS

Re: When do the mongols start moving?
I played as Russia until I was the largest faction, but no Mongol event. Is it triggered by taking certain cities in the east?

I also see no mongols 20 turns after envation event... Now I'm sending a spy to find them but have found nothing yet. There is even no war break between mongols and other country.
Why ?

Maybe an error in the script, but other people reported the spawning...anyway in DLV 2.0 you have a little mongol ensclave from the beginning
