Freezing Issue

Hello,
I would really enjoy playing this mod, if it worked for me. Everytime I select a campaign (English for example) and I press start, the game freezes and i have to either restart the computer or press Ctrl+Alt+Delete. I have patch 1.1 for M2TW and I have no other mods installed so everything is clean. I have tried both version 1.8 and the beta of 1.9 and I get the same freeze each time. Other mods such as Lands to Conquer and Stainless Steel work fine, but I really wanted to try this mod and it didn't work so I unistalled and reinstalled M2TW and still no luck. Any suggestions?

Might be a bugged install. Try uninstalling TLR and reinstalling it. Don't know what else it could be if other mods are working fine.

The first time you install it usually takes a while to start the game. It has the create the map. This is especially true if you have a slow computer. Give it some time.

If that still doesn't work, you may have a bugged install. All the mods people use can do wacky things.

What always seems to work is reinstall MTW2 then install The Long Road on top of that.
