    Default Nvidia TurboCache?

OK this is kind of a strange question. My understanding was Nvidia TurboCache was built in to low end cards to share system memory.

Then I saw this user review on newegg for a 8800gts 320MB card

Pros: FAST! DIRECTX10, 320Dedicated Memory, but Nvidia driver turbocash it to 1087MB, total 1 GB Vram available! Play Supreme Commander at 1680 x 1050 with every single detail/setting maxed with no lag, graphic is fluid DID I MENTION THIS CARD IS QUIET?
So you can TurboCache any card? is that a good idea? I have a 7800GT card with 256MB. My system memory is 2.5 GB. Since I have tons of system memory should I turbocache some of my system memory to my GPU??

I too had the idea that it's only featured in crappy cards. With the help of some Googling, I wasn't able to get any info on this matter. So I really doubt there is Turbocache in new high-end cards, maybe the writer means something else? Or he's confused.

    Straight from Wikipedia:
    Video cards that support TurboCache

I have the 7300le 265mb with turbo cache, it is a crappy card and its no good for games because when its using your system memory its taking memory away from your processes. I will be upgrading soon.

That guy has no idea that he is talking about. TurboCache is for lowend cards with very little graphics memory, it's much slower than the fast built in memory.
