A Request
Last night I was thinking about random stuff and suddenly this idea came to me for a slight modification of RTW...it's nothing BIG or even probably worth taking up too much time...
Simply put I'd like to see someone reskin some units to make them look like they do in the movie 300.
It's random, but hey...it could be cool if done right, yea?
All it would involve is reskinning Spartan hoplites with big broze sheilds with the Spartan insig, bronze helmets...officers and generals have the little hair thing on top while the soliders just have reg ones...give them red capes and make them nude besides some loin cloth around the pelvis...arm them with spears (not huge pikes mind you) and when they go into close combat they draw swords...beyond that make sure that they act like any other Spartan hoplite...increased morale, increased exp, the best armor and weapons, and make sure they can form the phalanx
Beyond the Spartans there would simply be the Persian Immortals...who just wear dark blue or black cloths around their silver breast plates and silver masks...arm them with fairly large shields, a spear, and two swords for close combat...like the Spartans they'd have to be elite soldiers...that would be about it...other mods and such pretty much nail the same appearance the other Greek soldiers and Persian soldiers looked like...
would anyone actually wanna attempt it? I'd love to see it and other people would probably be interested with the release of the movie...
