Greco-Persian Era

Hi - I'm new to these forums so since I didnt see a introduce yourself thread I'll throw this in here...now, with pleasentries out of the way...

I'm wondering...are there any mods for Rome that cover the time period of the Greco-Persian Wars? Or Better yet any mod that covers anything prior to Alexander the Great or during Alexander the Great?

If not I'd be most willing to work on a mod with people who'd like to see that. Although I myself am not gifted in the art of making skins, changing unit formations, and developing campaign maps I could most certainly provide accurate and enough historical background and information needed to make the mod not only fun but according to history...This is my idea and frankly surprised if no one has taken up the task of already doing so...people have modded almost every other part of ancient history in one form or the other.

Alright thanks, damn...and I wanted to have some sort of project to work on. I looked at Troy not too long ago...it doesnt seem that exciting to me...I might give it a spin anyway in the future but as of right now I'm obssessed with the Extended Greek Mod so I'll need to probably reinstall a clean version yet again to be able to play Troy or any other one of those mods....more mods should have the mod switch...

Hemonia looks quite amazing..when is that coming out? Any time soon? Also when will the Rise of Persia be out?

I am making a new mod called Megas Alexandros, and I would love to see someone new on the team, especially one who can offer historical advice. If you cannot tell from the title, it is all about Alexander the great, and Macedon.

It might be what your looking for.
