Spain Going ballistic on the world

Ok, i dont know if this is included in the mod or not but

Around sometime when you start seeing early gun powder infantry, Spain goes literally from a third world military country to The worlds strongest power..

To the point that the pop asked me to break my alliance, and im like *hell no because its never a good idea to take another world power head on so i stayed allies with them and watch them destroy my next target France which they are still fighting, They have kicked out the moors out of Europe and now have spain fully united and a settlement in Africa above the moors capital. They also kicked Portugal Out of Europe so they only have an island and a African settlement also. The have half of france so im tied with them for Military and Territory Power.

im Like wtf................ France only has 4 settlements left and every city has a crap load of troops with them

and i only have 1 city the can make gunpowder units

The others are just hand gunners

any ideas so i can be able to make gun powder units


I need to compete with spain....................


oh and does anyone know when the new world is suppose to come along....................
