The Indians aren't in the current release. They will be added in the next version of Rise of Persia. I'm afraid that I don't understand your question about the screen though; could you rephrase it?

I guess you are using -nn (or something like that) command and it makes the game run in a window instead of a full screen.

I enabled India (and all others) in the descr_****.txt, but dunno if it works.
