This'll be moved to the Pit soon.

Anyway, I don't like politicians. Although O'Reilly took some of the quotes too literally, it does say something about John Edwards.

    Bloggers are annoying.

Anyway, I'm annoyed by John Edwards, and he's from my state.

Mainly because he went to my college, NC State, and doesn't even acknowledge us, and he has box seats at UNC basketball games.

thanks for trolling, please come again

He's not a good senator either really. I wouldn't vote for him even if I was the biggest wal-mart UNC fan.

i don't see a problem with anything those chicks said. Freedom...whats the big deal? plus, everything they have said is arguable. Pretty sure everything they said has been said in these forums. Nothing new really...

I think the bloggers should be fired, as in I would fire them if I was Edwards, but not because anything they did was illegal. They have every right to write whatever they want on their blogs.

But When you're in the middle of a presidential campaign, and public image means EVERYTHING, you can't have your internet campaign being run by people who are going to alienate half of your potential voters.

Not to mention his boycotting of France and Aruba because they wouldn't bend over for the US.

Joke's on him. Most of his viewers are probably Wal-Mart shoppers, and Wal-Mart doesn't have much stuff from France or the Netherlands.

Wal-Mart is the worst place to shop. Costco, however, is the best.

First of all: "hot, white, sticky, Holy Spirit" ROFLMAO!

OK, now that that is out of the way I do have a question:
What exactly was is that Edwards hired those women for?
Did they make those posts in "the bosses time"?
Or did they do it in their private time?

I agree, but it's Edwards problem, not ours (unless you happen to support Edwards, in which case it is somewhat your problem)
Why does O'Reilly, clearly not a fan of Edwards, get upset when Edwards is running a bad campaign?

Most of his viewers won't even recognize a Dutch product anyways.
I doubt more than 1% of Americans knows that Unilever and Ahold are Dutch companies.

I find it amazing that O'Reilly, who made his name with over-the-top hysterical hyperbole about the Left, seems to be taking the Edwards campaign to task for hiring two women bloggers who did the same to the Right. The hypocrisy is breathtaking. Notice that he gave the dates when the comments were posted, but didn't specify when the women were hired. The inference is that those comments were posted while they were working for Edwards. If anyone calls him on it, he can honestly say that he never said they were on the Edwards payroll when the posts were made, but by then the damage is already done.

"hot, white, sticky Holy Spirit" is a great line. Undeniably filthy, but a great line.

    People are too sensitive.
The common culture of a tribe is a sign of its inner cohesion. But tribes are vanishing from the modern world, as are all forms of traditional society. Customs, practices, festivals, rituals and beliefs have acquired a flut and half-hearted quality which reflects our nomadic and rootless existence, predicated as we are on the global air-waves.

Gotta love the pause and then even Muslims. Which invalidates his entire long winded self absorbed rant.
