Sorry you mean where to hide them? If they arn't detachable just make sure you feed them around the case so they don't interfere with air flow and make sure you tie them up with zip-ties.
Haven't seen the PSU at the bottom of the case for a long time, not a great place for it to be in my opinion. Hot air rises so you want an extraction fan at the top of the case not the bottom.
Think the picture is just upside-down hence the power supply look on the bottom. edit: Looks like the Power supply is not installed as yet.
Group like cables and wires together with zip ties then you can tie them together with zip ties along the path to were they connect. As long as they do not interfere with fans and access to hard drives and other devices there is no hard rules to where to put them. Just make it looks neat that way when you need to work on it or change upgrade you will not have wires/cables getting in the way.
Good luck
Edit: you can do all the above after all the parts are installed. Mobo, CPU/fan, Hard drives.

I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to other people and I expect the same from them.

the PSU is a modular corsair and that case mounts the PSU at the bottom

Wow what a mess,I installed the PSU last its my only recomendation i can get you. Its easier to plan and route the cables if everything else is on place.
