    Default Computer whizzes, please help

    DWWIN.EXE

I have been getting this error message when shutting down my system. Any idea what this means? I've tried looking it up on Google and such, but I understand nothing.

    Also, these pop up:

    sw.exe &
    coSZGz8BH2SWHPc...

Thanks to anyone who may offer help, I really appreciate anything. Oh, if you do recognize the problem, please relate the info and possible solution (if you know) as if you were talking to a four year old child. Thank you very much.

Dwwin.exe is a part of the Microsoft Doctor Watson error reporting tool which comes packaged with some Microsoft products. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.
So it should just report errors, and should not be an error itself. Does the message say anything else?

I think the more pressing issue is sw.exe. This process (something that runs in the background and you never see it) is SPYWARE and should be removed immediately. Virus scanners and spyware scanners are totally different products and you must have both to keep your computer safe. If you do not have a spyware scanner, download Adaware. Install Adaware, run the update utility(it may run it for you), then perform a fully system scan.

After that is done, run a virus scanner. If you do not have a virus scanner, download AVG Free. Once again, install it, update it, and scan your entire computer.

I would then run them both again, adaware and then avg. Then reboot and see what happens. Hopefully you won't get the error. If you do try running them both again. If that doesn't work, let us know because there are more spyware and virus checkers to try.

I know that this is a potentially long processes, but sw.exe is a keylogger. Meaning it is recording what you type as well as other personal information and sending it all to someone. I don't mean to scare you; in fact, it may not have done anything malicious yet, but this is a threat to be taken seriously.

If your pc has the sw.exe process running on it, the spyware program 'silent spy' may be installed on your pc. The 'silent spy' process will monitor activity on your pc and potentially send this information to a third party.

sw.exe is considered to be a security risk, not only because spyware removal programs flag silent spy spyware as spyware, but also because a number of users have complained about its performance.

silent spy spyware is likely spyware and as such, presents a serious vulnerability which should be fixed immediately! Delaying the removal of sw.exe may cause serious harm to your system and will likely cause a number of problems, such as slow performance, loss of data or leaking private information.

You should visit our free spyware removal page to make sure your system does not have other programs like sw.exe.
I'm not sure what coSZGz8BH2SWHPc is but it might be related to the other error message that you get so removing the spyware may get rid of this.
