Pls help me copy a unit skin from another mod? PLSSS!!!!

HI! I really need any help I could lay my hands on or any information you guys could give me on how i could copy a unit skin from another mod. Ive read mostly about how to make a skin by using a photoshop etc but im not making or creating one.. i just want to copy! Im using a mod of Roma Surrectum which is really way beyond grafix with all those details. But i want to change some units there.. and im getting some from SPQR mod greeks elite hoplites and spartan falcata soldiers. In short.. what are the files or GUI as ive read that i must change? No need for the stats to be changed.. just the grafix. thanks a lot !

Open the descr_model_battle file and change the texture (skin) and model lines to the unit you want as the replacement.

Here's a rough tutorial;

1. Go into Models_unit, create a folder called textures.
2. put the skin in this folder.
3. Find the descr_model_battle file in data. Open it.
4. Find the model.
5. Find the texture line and change it for your new texture.
