    Default Good Free Skinning and Modelling Tool?

    For my mod, I need a good tool that's free so I don't have to buy anything, please post links.
    I Pwn enemies with bagpipes.

    Guitars too.

    Too bad Led Zeppelin and Iron Maiden pwns me. (They are the world's two best bands.)

    Modelling; You're screwed, the only thing u can use is 3ds max.
    Skinning; Try GIMP, google it, I haven't used it but it's supposed to be quite good.

    Why don't you use Photoshop ? It's a great designing software (the best by my opinion), and actually it isn't that hard to use it.

    As for modelling, your out of luck i'm afraid RTW only supports models made in 3d max which is far from free. about £3000 , i think.
