    Default differences in game?

    ok so heres the thing. i notice with everyone elses games they have like cool little round trees and nice water etc on the campaign map, but i dont, i have like choppy pixelly trees and it annoys me. is there something i can do?

    Lol, that's weird indeed
    Must be either something with your graphics or either something in your preferences folder...

    EDIT perhaps one of these:
    CAMPAIGN_MAP_CAMERA_SMOOTHING:TRUE

    STRATEGY_RESOLUTION:1024x768
    STRATEGY_MAX_RESOLUTION:2048x1536
    STRATEGY_32_BIT:TRUE (it could very well be the this one)

    Hit ESC and modify your video options on the strategic map (NOT in battle) -- the game uses different setting for each.
