I can't really afford a new graphics card right now (being that I just bought a 360 and HDTV) so I'm looking at just replacing the fan. I found a good looking product on Newegg, but it's out of stock till April. Then there was this:

Is this a standalone product, or does it require some type of water cooling system? I know little to nothing about water cooling, so I just need to know, could I buy this and pop it on top of my card or will that not solve my problem?
If the answers to the above questions are no, what would you guys recommend as a solution?
Yes it needs a water cooling setup to work which is given you financial plight isn't ideal. You should look at getting a replacement HSF, Arctic and Zalman all do VGA coolers, both are cheap and shouldn't take know more then 10 minutes to install.
