As much as I love how much Frank Zappa simply and (mostly) maturely argues his point in defense of freedom of speech, (I love how people were freaking out this much before even eminem) Jon Stewart wins. He is uncompramising, intelligent and balanced, and underlines his point about partisanship perfectly.

As much as I love Jon Stewart, as an argument and its prosecution goes, I think Zappa did a better job against a much more obstinate (and idiotic) opponent.
