How to solve the Azteks problem ????

hi everyone

when you play as Aztek you have some big problems to confront:
You can always produce unit in a city with stone walls. If the city is up or undergraded it will not work. Also in all fortification like a fortress you can not produce units.
So the problem is not in your homeland but if you arrive in the old world and take a settlement like the huge city of marseille you will not be able to produce any units. The same with any citadelle or fortress in europe they are useless.

Other problems:
You can not create a port.
How can you survive in europe without spys, assasins and priesters ?

Has someone an idea how to solve this problems ?

You're not supposed to play as the Aztecs in the first place. Their city dynamic is different and they're intentionally denied boats. It doesn't seem unusual to me that they have all these problems intentionally.
