    Default Steam and mods

Quick question (with hopefully a quick answer)

How does having my M2TW from Steam impact my ability to Mod if at all?

    thanks

You shouldn't have a problem, just look for the directory where Steam installed the game.

Well, you may have noticed that launching the game from your default medieval2.exe doesn't work. As far as the Generic Mod Enabler goes, this is irrelevant. If, however, you wish to play a mod that requires you launch from a bat, you have a problem (until, as I have said on this forum before , you acquire the non-steam medieval2.exe)

thanks very much, I'll start digging in (now that I know it can be done) and see how it turns out.
