how to adjust time speed in DLV
Hi everyone,
I am really enjoying this mod, it is excellent! However, i am finding the time scale too long and would like to change it. I have looked everywhere but cannot find any info on this, only people saying they have done it.
Please could someone explain to me in very simply terms how to change the speed of the years in game (ideally 1turn=1 year or 1.5 years). I am using the original DLV version not the new one.
Best regards to all and thanks in adance for answers

in the file descr_strat.txt you can change the time settings, but be aware that you get surprises with aging and building times, money during campaign

I suggest you should adjust descr_event.txt .As we play 2 turns a year , most great event will happen too late! For example , as gunpowder appear after year 120, I have to spend 240 turns in game. It's enough to control the whole world!
I changed descr_event.txt myself , all event divide by 4, and begin a new campaign.
