Some Instalation Problems..

I installed XGM a few months ago, after playing for like a month I decided to check out some other mods and return to XGM later.
So now I wanted to play XGM again, so I downloaded the current version: 4.1.24. First off it says my version of RTW isn´t correct and that it needs RTW 1.5 or BI 1.6. I checked my RTW version but it showed that my version was 1.5. Just a mistake, I was thinking, so I intstalled the mod but after running it is says:

Script error in data/descr_skeleton.txt, at line 56, column 133.
AnimDB: could not load - `data/animations/SG 01 idle 01.cas´

And it quits to desktop.
Please some help as I really want to play this mod again.

Do you have RTW gold?
In that case you need to install patch 1.5/1.6

Yeah I got gold but why do I need to install patch 1.5, 1.6 if my game tells me I allready got 'em?

Because gold is 1.3/1.4 but for some reason got marked as v1.5...

If you have descr_skeletons.txt in your xgm data folder, then delete it.

The installer does a check-sum on the animations file to determine if you have the correct version of RTW. One of the mods you tried out probably over-wrote this file. That's a problem because the XGM installer uses the original animations file to construct it's own animations file.

Can't install the patches, it will not work on RTW Gold my computer says..

Have you tried just re-installing RTW? Do that first and then see whether you need to re-patch. If you didn't need to re-patch the first time, you probably won't need to do it this time.
