    The (new) Constitution

You were aware that the curia was going to be simplified, I suppose. This is part of it.

Here DFK mentions having something for perusal and here DFK mentions that the functions of various sub-forums are 'viable' 'here', which I guess means they can be done in the Curia main, which I guess might be what I missed. The new Constitution is mentioned as being an interim one, and the question was asked on whether this should go to a vote (and to be fair; not really responded to). Is the new Constitution indeed for 'the interim'? Has/how will/when will the interim be defined?

I'm inclined to treat the new standing Constitution as official and complete, applied indefinately until new circumstance or rationale is applicable and merits something different happening.
