Ebii and the 4GB patch - just the kingdomds.exe?

Looking at past posts about the 4GB patch - I`ve applied it to the kingdoms.exe a long time ago when i installed Kingdoms expansion.

In a post I found on reddit someone posted that it should be applied to the Medieva2 exe as well as the Kingdoms .exe. Is this true , never heard that I should apply it to both before.

It's good to apply to both because different mods launch in different ways, I forget which is prescribed for eb2 in particular but you will run across mods that seek either/both executables and that is where patching both is best. It sounds like you have the CD copy which is a unique scenario, this advice mainly applies to steam where medieval2 is functionally the kingdoms executable.
