Merry Xmas! And the snow just came in time to cover all those ugly dog

What do you think our governments should do against such barbarity next year? Aside from banning dogs of course.

I forgot to mention that cleaning up afterwards is NOT an acceptable option, unless you're okay with someone

in your plate, removes it, and then you can continue to eat food from it.

Hmm, I think you stumbled on a better alternative: Have the owners clean up the poo, finishing off with a mandatory licking of the ground.
