    Default Battle AI Problem (5.2)

    One thing I noticed in 5.2 is, during battles, the AI army will just stand wherever, and do not advance / attack until battle time out. I always win without doing anything. They do attack me in Campaign and then they do not attack me in Battle. Strange

    That sort of issue is mostly dependent on your system specs and, since Medieval 2 only utilizes up to 2GB, use of the 4GB Patch helps as well. Most we can do is try to balance soldier models between quality and low vertex/poly count.
