What form of government did the Pritanoi have?

I'm considering starting a campaign as the Pritanoi, and for immersion/role-playing purposes, I would like to know their form of government, or at least that for the one tribe you start out with. Did they have an hereditary ruler, or did they have some sort of elective monarchy? Or something different altogether?
