From among the 3 Roman factions, what do you think it has the easiest start? And the Roman faction that has the hardest start as well

Gallic Rome is the easiest, no contest. Strong starting position, strong allies, strong units, and very few people hate you.

Hardest is Aurelian's Rome for being in the complete opposite position.

Then Palmyra would be of moderate difficulty. I'd like to try to win a campaign with the 3 roman factions and converting every faction into my client state so that all romans are united for restoring the whole roman empire.
