Great work, lets see some more!

    The House of Baltar

Neither is this the dawn from the east, nor is a dragon flying above, nor are the gables of this hall aflame. Nay, mortal enemies approach in ready armour. Ravens are calling, wolves are howling, spear clashes and shield answers

A small quiz for TW hardcore players.
Where have you seen the shield this Roman General carries?

This is one of my favorite. That is why i keep telling that M2TW animations are the most natural in entire TW games series (to be fair i have not Warhammer or Three Kingdoms though).

Looks like a kite shield with a Griffon motif - maybe Troy total war.

Grifons were popular among antiquity Greeks and Romans. He is a Medieval Roman General (you could call him Byzantine but it will be a mistake), that shield was in a TW game and only those that played all TW games for thousands of times watching and observing details can find it. If you ever played Medieval Total War 1 you should see this:

EDIT: I wish we could create such wonderfull UI cards in modern TW games (compare this with Rome II original ones).

A battle between 2 Imparial Roman armies against 3 Usurpers ones...
Nottice that we do not use vanilla banners over the units to create the battle chaos..
Do those screenshots show that chaos? Can you tell who is who inless you focus to a unit that still has its bannerman?

For the record o lost that battle because i had to change my formation's front in the middle of the battle because i was over runed!
