I made a few wiki-side adjustments, let me know how it turned out. I'd like it to be something that I can drop as a hotlink for VM inquiries to try and informally get the ball moving more often. I'd also like to simplify how patronizing works so it is more casual-inclusive and has less reason to be refused on ideology or drama; that is, as a Patron I would like to fully absorb the work and just have the applicant give me a 'yeah that works' after establishing interest. As time has gone on I've come to find the best way to treat it is to consider it the level 2 of membership, earned and pretty much a right for being involved in TWC at this stage. Not handed out for nothing mind you.
