Witch king model is from a game. You should contact callistonian for the mesh and texture.

As I understand it, there is a problem in the mesh file (he threw off ms3d, I had to convert it) in the end, this result is obtained... I don't even know what to do with it because I'm not good at 3d

I think there's something wrong with the texture files, or the BMDB entry. Check it again.
